Hej Familie og Venner!

Still loving life! Things are going great! Being with your MTC companion again is a party! We have so much fun reading our journals from last year and reminiscing on the crazy things we did. Things here are going great with Søster Petersen and I. Let me tell you about it!

So monday last week. P-day may I remind you, we had two people contact US outside of the library! I love when that happens!! One is a cute girl from China, and the other was a nice gentleman from Italy. They are both super nice and excited to meet with us again!

After an eating appointment, all of the Aalborg missionaries took a detour to a fun park that looked like a giant pink dragon. Pictures are included.

We had another eating appointment with a lady from Vietnam. She feeds us about 1000 pounds of food. And then gives us all of the leftovers. So we don't have to go shopping this week! Ja tak!

I found my new motto. It is Colossians 4:6. If you don't understand it, ask a 16 year old to translate.

The pedal fell off of sister Petersen's bike mid ride so that was pretty funny... she biked without a pedal until we got to the back up bike.

Here is a cool story actually. So Yesterday Sister Petersen played piano in Sacrament Meeting. After church we had a lesson and decided to stop by a less active lady. She wasn't home and we still had 25 minutes left. So we decided to keep buzzing on buzz boxes. A lot of missionaries avoid those, but we did it anyway. Well with only 5 minutes left, we buzzed on this lady Jytte, who let us in! So we go up and talk to her and find out that she is super religious and that she had missionaries visiting her a long time ago and one of them was pretty good at playing piano. Well, I loving threw Sister Petersen under the bus and said that she could play piano and had performed a piece just earlier this morning. And that she just so happened to still be carrying the sheet music. Jytte basically begged us to come in and play the piano. She loved it and is so excited for us to come back for dinner, more piano playing, and a talk about God and Jesus. So that was really cool to see how the Lord guided us to her!

Here's a thought... All the time we talk about the church being true. A lot of people with struggling testimonies think that true means hard, physical evidence. Yes, hard physical evidence can be provided, but most of the time it is spiritual evidence that is found. If we want to find out if something spiritual is true, then we have to do a lot of spiritual searching. That can be pretty hard. Lots of praying. Lots of study. Lots of patience. So it must start with a desire. You have to want to have a testimony. And if you don't want, you have to want to want. The same thing goes with wanting to change. Sometimes we think we'd like to be a better person, but it is hard so we don't actually want to change. But if we WANT to want to change, and pray for that desire, it will come, an we will be able to become something greater than we are today.
